Mailbow Events QR helps event/conference organizers to identify visitors and accelerate entrance cues. In addition, Mailbow allows users to verify if a visitor is approved, and to limit consumption within certain parameters. If a visitor is unregistered, the app helps to print QR-code stickers on-site to ensure visitors are recognizable for others.

Additional requirements:
- Mailbow Events QR mobile app works together with Mailbow marketing automation software, which includes CRM functionality, list/tag management, and the ability to send emails to organized groups of people at the right time with the right content. The app also includes the ability to print QR-codes and stickers for nametags.
- This app requires an iPhone running iOS 10.0 or later. Up to 255 phones can be connected to the service at a single time. Each phone measures one entry point to keep the process sound and solid. Phone configuration can be done via QR code.
- QR codes are printed using a special printing server and Brother QL-800 series printer that supports USB, WIFI, and LAN connections. Stickers support red/black ink. Sticker size and content can be designed using Mailbow marketing automation.
- The total setup process, if limited to tracking, can be completed in 5-10 minutes.

Target groups:
QR codes act as simplified client identifiers in the hands of organizers and/or service providers. All clients enter their email and personal data at some point; this data can be used to allow simplified recognition across several industries.
The target population is conference organizers who wish to track visitors’ entrances to events, VIP lounges, and parallel seminars. Dishonest exploitation of free food and beverages could be a problem for some. It’s easy to avoid issues by limiting visitors’ access to a fixed number of visits.
Exhibitors cooperate with exhibitors who can facilitate gathering information about potential new clients.
Night Clubs allow red carpet privileges and VIP-room access for recognized guests only.
Retailers can take their marketing campaigns into the real world, as any employee can check whether a client has already received a gift, participated in their online game, etc.
Sports clubs, tennis clubs, and golf clubs can allow entrances or “free services” based on their recognition.
By using existing integrations or API, all gathered data is accessible via Mailbow marketing automation software.
